Home » Cross Country NewsBulldogs at Foot Locker Regional CC.November 30, 2008 By Daniel Otten of Celina High SchoolSaturday, November 29 Andrew Goodwin and Mitch Williams competed in the 30th Annual Foot Locker Midwest Regional CC Meet at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. Both guys took part in the Boys 'Seeded Race' run over the hilly, muddy, snowy, slippery Wayne E. Dannehl National CC Course. Andrew placed 156th in a time of 16:56, with Mitch taking 191st in 17:21. Athletes from 14 states competed for the right to run in the Foot Locker Nationals, in San Diego, CA on December 13. The top 10 finishers in both the Boys and Girls 'seeded races' advanced. The Foot Locker meet concludes the CC for the Runnin' Dogs.  |
