Runnin' Dogs at the Western Buckeye League Championship Meet!

The Celina Runnin' Dogs are in the final days of preparation for their upcoming Western Buckeye League Championship Meet which is scheduled for Saturday, October 17 on the grounds of the Defiance High School.  The day's schedule of races begins with the High School Men's race at 10:00 a.m..  The High School Women's race follows at 10:45 a.m..  In 2009 there are no junior varsity races.  All runners will participate in the varsity competitions.  At 11:30 a.m. the Junior High boys race is off with the Junior High girls taking the course at 12:00 noon.  The WBL awards ceremony begins at 12:30 p.m.  Seniors Zach Besand, Andrew Goodwin, Ashley Figel, Jamie Owens, Megan Thobe, and Rachel Young will run in their final WBL Championship Meet.
